Michael Johnson
Founder & Principal
Michael Johnson founded Aegir Holdings on a simple conviction: that property transactions should be conducted with integrity, transparency, and a genuine commitment to optimal outcomes.
Michael's journey to real estate began with service. As a Navy SEAL, he developed discipline and the ability to excel under pressure. He later served as a Political Officer with the U.S. Department of State, where he negotiated with foreign dignitaries in complex international environments—often in their native languages. Today, he leverages that experience to advocate for his clients with the same commitment and precision. With extensive experience in real estate acquisition and strategic disposition, Michael has facilitated transactions across residential, commercial, and specialty asset classes.
